We ship anywhere in Thailand and worldwide.
How much is the shipping cost within Thailand?
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders THB 1000 and over. Orders below THB 1000 ship at THB 60 per order.
When will I receive my order after making the payment?
All orders in Thailand will be delivered in 1 - 3 business days as long as they are placed and proof of payment are made before 16:00 (4:00 PM) Bangkok time.
Can I change my order?
You may change your order only if you have not provided payment. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to change your order. Since orders are processed immediately after payment changes cannot be made after payment.
How do I return or change any item?
We will only do an exchange if you received the wrong order or the product was damaged. We do not issue refunds.
How long will it take to receive an international order?
Depending on your country of residence, it will take 5 to 20 business days.
Who is responsible for custom and import duty charges?
Your items may be subject to custom fees and import duties charged by your country of residence. You are responsible for covering these charges.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paysbuy is available only in Thailand. Bank transfers and PayPal are available in Thailand and internationally.
