When should I apply moisturizer – morning or night?

Should I have different routines in the morning and night?

Places such as Australia, Hawaii and Key West have passed laws banning sunscreens with oxybenzone and octinoxate as they bleach the coral reefs and hurt the overall marine ecosystem.
Find a healthy sunscreen for sensitive skin and for oily skin type to minimize the risk of acne breakouts.
At night, the most important step is to wash your face and neck with a gentle pH balanced cleanser to remove oil, sweat, dirt, and every day pollutants. Washing allows your skin to breath and restore while you’re asleep.
If I don’t want to spend a lot or time, are there short-cuts?
Start with the most basic skincare essentials. For day, cleanse, moisturize and apply the best sunscreen for your skin type. At night, always cleanse and moisturize to combat against aging skin.

If I’m not outside a lot do I still need sunscreen?
