Avoid Looking Obvious
Two, never three approaches: eyes, cheeks and lips. For example, you can combine full lips with heavy eye and wear a light color blush. But never all three.
It is one of the most important steps in makeup to getting a smooth, long-lasting finish.
- Apply a foundation color that matches your complexion, not too light or dark.
- Avoid heavy foundation as it appears caked on.
- Light weight foundation for light to medium coverage as it appears more natural.
- To avoid streaks, use a makeup tool application such as a sponge to blend.
Always apply powder where you are shiniest first–usually your T-zone–with a very light dusting everywhere else.*
Always use the fluffiest brush you can find to put your powder on for best results.
Highlight your eyes
To help brighten your eyes, apply highlighter in the inner corner.
And highlight just above the arch of your brows and blend it out. This will also help define your eyebrows and overall appearance.
Eye shadow Tips
Never put concealer or foundation on your eyelids as a base, it will cause your eye makeup to crease.
Blend Your Eyeliner with a Q-tip
If you want to soften your eye make-up, use a Q-tip to soften the harsh line.
Heat It Up
Use a hair dryer to warm up your eyelash curler, this will help your lashes curl easier and last longer.

Use gentle cleanser with no sulfates and other toxic ingredients.
The best face wash is a gentle cleanser that wash off makeup, dirt and everyday pollutants without stripping your skin’s natural oil. Cleansers with harsh and toxic ingredients such as sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and alcohol base often dry out your skin and leads to skin irritations. Make sure you wash your neck as well as your face.

Drinking eight glasses of water daily is a natural anti-aging treatment as it helps maintain the optimum skin moisture and essential nutrients to skin cells. Staying hydrated helps skin tissues from aging, enhance skin texture and overall complexion.
Drinking enough water on a regular basis increases the metabolic rate and improves the digestive system to flush out toxins from the body and skin.
When you have healthier skin complexion, less makeup is required to achieve radiant skin.
Clean Your Make-up Brushes Regularly
To fight infection and clogged pores that may lead to acne breakouts, wash concealer and foundation brushes regularly. For make-up brushes around your eyes, we recommend weekly or at least twice per month, and for any other brushes, once a month is fine.
Making sure you have healthy skin by washing your make up off every day before bedtime and staying hydrated will help apply make-up quicker and easier. It goes back to our principles: skincare first, make-up second.
